1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Enlasys, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Enlasys offers technology solutions including custom enterprise platforms, artificial intelligence and automation, IoT solutions and device integration, smart communications (VoIP + AI), and specialized talent recruitment.

3. Permitted Use

Enlasys services are intended exclusively for legitimate commercial and business use. You agree to:

• Not use the services for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Enlasys systems or networks.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of the services without express authorization.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when contracting services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials published on this site are the exclusive property of Enlasys or their respective licensors. Any total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Enlasys is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by its clients. All sensitive business information will be treated with the highest level of discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without express consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enlasys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Enlasys's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last three months for the service in question.

7. Service Modifications

Enlasys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of significant changes affecting contracted services.

8. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect for as long as you use Enlasys services. Breach of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the services, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
